• Location Information: Precise location (GPS) and approximate location (network-based) collected only while the app is active in the foreground to help you select, pin, and confirm the service location for technician visits and maintenance requests.
• Photos and Media: Images uploaded by you through the app to document maintenance issues or repair requirements for service quotes and technician inspection.
• Order & Booking Information: Details regarding requested maintenance services, booking schedules, addresses, and order history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, manage, and dispatch requested home maintenance services (e.g., AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• To enable you to select and pin your service address accurately on interactive maps.
• To verify your account via OTP and contact you regarding booking updates.
• To provide customer support and service updates.
• To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. Location Data Usage & Disclosure

OrbitLine collects and processes precise and approximate location data strictly when you interact with location features (such as map-pinning a service location or finding your current location). This data is used solely to facilitate the delivery of maintenance services to your exact physical location. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed or not in use, and we do not sell or share your real-time location data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Assigned Service Technicians: To fulfill the booked service request (providing name, contact phone number, and service address).
• Service Providers: Third-party tools necessary for app operations, such as mapping services (Google Maps API) and SMS/OTP delivery services.
• Legal Compliance: When required by applicable laws or valid legal processes.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to maintain your account and deliver services. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS) in transit to protect your data.

6. Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us at orbitline.uae@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Upon request, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
